We visit stores where competitive products are sold in order to assess competitive posture, examine and evaluate category merchandising and review packaging. We provide our customers with a thorough evaluation of the competitive market and review goals and product packaging in order to develop sales plan and effectively present customers with custom proposals that relate to the current market.
Full Retail Services	We are able to offer our knowledge of the market to our customers by assisting with the design of Store Sets, Merchandising and Demos. We offer Product Knowledge Sessions and participate in Grand Openings, Special Events and various Trade Shows within the United States.
Sales Force	Our sales associates have a minimum of 15 years experience in the industry Products in most retail categories including; hardware, industrial, seasonal, paint, grocery, building materials and farm. Experienced with the specific needs of the market and policies of our customers. Our sales staff is geographically located throughout the upper Midwest to give proper attention to our customers.
Imaging and DTP	We use Digital Imaging to provide a resolution for those things that are one of a kind, too big for a box or simply for situations where words alone won't do. We are able to provide assistance to our customers in the development of packaging, point of purchase literature, catalogs and banners using our desktop publishing and digital imaging capabilities.
Communications	High speed T1 Internet connection provides us with the ability to communicate instantly with our customers and provide web based reporting. Our time management computer program allows us to effectively route information and ensure timely follow-ups. Customer databases allow us to isolate and approach specific market segments.
